Production Supervisor - Food / Bilingual in Spanish, Polish, Russian

The Production Supervisor leads and supervises a team of workers in a food production area to meet daily production goals. Reads and analyzes production data. Ensures that workers comply with quality, health and safety standards. Assists and backs-up workers when required. Trains new workers on job related skills. Recommends hiring and disciplinary actions, evaluates performance, schedules staff and adjusts time system punches.

Responsibilities:
1.Leads and directs the work of food production workers to achieve production goals
2.Responsible for the implementations of GMP's
3.Responsible of the safety of the product
4.Works on the line and operates equipment when required
5.Ensures compliance with production, safety, sanitation and quality standards
6.Trains workers on the job duties and company policies and procedures
7.Communicates with team leaders and other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
8.Performs other duties as assigned
9.Ability to read and understand processes, and recipes
Job Requirements
oSafety and sanitation certifications
o2 to 3 years of supervisory experience
o3-5 years of food prep, production or equipment experience
oFreshly prepared food manufacturing experience preferred
oStrong analytical and problem solving skills
oAbility to communicate in Spanish, Polish, Russian
oMust be comfortable with 40 degree temperatureEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
