Inside Sales
Summary:
DataBid is currently seeking business development reps that will be responsible for achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales goals. Business Development reps work with commercial construction professionals to identify client needs and create solutions. The position focuses on areas like lead generation, following sales processes, and expert lead management. This inside sales position requires a proactive, consultative sales approach in an energetic and exciting work environment.
Duties:
Utilize a consultative sales approach.
Effectively manage prospects and maintain key information using CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue quota's.
Achieve sales activity and opportunity pipeline metrics that support attainment of revenue goals.
Reps have an overriding responsibility to increase company revenue by using proven sales techniques, primarily via telephone, to help build relationships, promote products and services, and close sales.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience with proven success required
Hark working, self motivated, hunter mentality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while adhering to company rules and guidelines
Comfort and recent experience calling large companies/corporations as well as small to medium sized businesses
