This position will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
Additionally, this individual will work with the legal team on any general legal matters and research any issues.
Qualified candidates will have 5 plus years of paralegal experience.
Candidates must have previous experience in the commercial real estate industry negotiating leases.
A BS Degree is strongly preferred.
