Duties: Our licensed practical nurses (LPN) under the direction of the RN Case Manager, the LPN provides nursing care to Haven clients in a competent and caring manner.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of licensed professional nursing as a licensed practical nurse LPN.
Licensure: Current Missouri license as a licensed practical nurse LPN.
Experience: One year recent experience in an acute care setting as a licensed practical nurse LPN required, home health experience preferred.
Skills: Competent in IV therapy, venipuncture, assessment, patient teaching skills.
