We are currently hiring ambitious and self-motivated Customer Service Sales Associates to join our rapidly expanding company.
Job responsibilities include:
Inbound and outbound calls
Converting leads into customers
Managing web inquiries and utilizing our on-line 'chat' feature
Identifying potential customers and following through with contact
Generating referrals through existing customers
Communicating with customers regarding status updates
Job Requirements are:
Prior customer service and/or call center experience required
Excellent communication and people skills
Great working attitude with a drive to go above and beyond
Ability to listen, understand and follow through with customer needs
Flexibility to wear different hats and perform multiple roles
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and use of modern office technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM programs
Ability to think independently and collaborate with team members
Reliable and punctual

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
