Assistant Restaurant Manager
Successful neighborhood tavern is looking for a polished mid level manager.
If you are able to motivate and encourage staff in a positive and influential way, if you are a person that puts the customer first and has a get it right first time attitude then this could be the position for you.
The company is looking for someone who can oversee the whole operation. The ideal candidate must:
Be willing to work nights and weekends
Have 2 years full service management experience
Be professional and charismatic
Be a hands on manager with the ability and energy to continually direct staff in a confident and enthusiastic manner
Have a complete understanding of hospitality and what it means to ensure total guest satisfaction
Have a true passion for the industry
Have ability to provide a strong sense of leadership
Experience in creating and executing promotions
Bartending experience is mandatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
