Commercial Roofing Consultant / Assistant Project Manager
Northern Illinois Roof Consulting Firm Seeking Entry Level Roof Consultant / Assistant Project Managers to conduct roof inspections on Commercial/Industrial buildings on a national basis. We are willing to train qualified candidates. This is a full time position with potential growth opportunities within the firm.
Applying candidates should possess the following:
Basic knowledge of Commercial and Residential Roofing Systems a plus.
Four Year Construction Management or equivalent degree or basic knowledge or working experience with commercial roof systems.
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD software.
Ability to lift, move, and climb two-stage ladders. Must not be afraid of heights.
Ability to travel nationally. Weekly travel estimated during peak seasons.
Ability to work independently, detail oriented, highly motivated, and must have good communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
