Enthusiasm should be expressed in all you do. We are a locally owned company and our team members must take pride in the enthusiasm they show every day towards serving our customers with excellence. We are looking to hire a Store Manager for one or more of our locations.
This is one of our most productive stores and we are seeking an individual to take our team to the next level. You'll be working to drive traffic to our stores as well as working side by side with your reps taking care of your customers. You'll have the opportunity to listen and address the needs of your team as well as help them introduce our clients to exceptional products and services, and deliver a level of customer engagement unlike any they've experienced. Plus, you will always have the backing of your fellow managers and corporate management team.
Aside from a high school diploma, you should have at least a solid year in commission sales management. We like empowering you to help your team deliver the best customer experience in the industry. Because you are passionate about being there for your team when they need you most, you'll have to work some evenings, weekends or holidays. Qualifications:
- High School diploma or state equivalency required.
- 2 year customer-facing experience preferred.
- 1 year retail sales management experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
