This position will serve as a backup in various departments to demonstrate strong leadership when substituting as acting manager. The successful candidate will support the administrative team by assisting with ordering supplies, travel arrangements, reports and otherwise supporting to the CEO, CFO and agency administrator. The incumbent must able to read and routes mail, bills and phone calls to the appropriate person/department. The applicant has to coordinate, prepare and record meetings. This position also responsible to create and manage electronic systems (i.e. phone system) and the accounts associated to that system. Place orders and manage changes (i.e. brochures, business cards).
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year in an administrative support role or commensurate experience. Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent calendar management skills, strong communication skills and multilingual in either Russian, Polish, Ukrainian or near-by languages. Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail. Experience working with confidential/sensitive material in a discreet and professional manner. Ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Flexibility and aptitude for multi-tasking. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
Education
College Degree preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
