Hybris Developer

Our client is going to be implementing Hybris as their eCommerce platform and is looking for a lead developer to assist in this implementation. This will integrate with their standing SAP system worldwide and will work as a part of a global technology team to implement and maintain web applications and provide technical leadership on large, complex B2B and B2C projects. The candidate will provide support in developing enhancements and continuous improvement activities. This position will provide a variety of professional development opportunities in a leading edge technology environment that is using some of the best products on the market to create industry leading digital experiences. Responsible for planning and managing all activities within the Application Development team, this includes: multiple applications development, maintenance, and enhancements projects utilizing various new computing architectures and platforms. Provides leadership and direction to a team of developers and architects.
Qualifications:
5
years recent experience with eCommerce projects, e.g. WCMS, Hybris, CRM
Completion of at least 2-3 full-project life-cycle experiences using the programming languages and best practices related to Digital Marketing, Sales and/or eCommerce
5
years with strong technical skills in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring REST/SOAP, JSON, AJAX and other modern digital technologies
3
years' experience working in Agile based project methodology environments, including sprint planning, backlog and scrum based approaches to delivering high quality software products
5
years' experience managing or supervising technical development resources
Prior experience implementing web based analytic tags into web sites, e.g. Google Analytics/Site Catalyst, to track, manage, and report on digital marketing performance
