Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP or Physician Assistant/PA-Walk In Care
Growing New York healthcare system seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP or Physician Assistant/PA to work in a walk in/urgent care clinic near the Trout and Salmon Rivers of Upstate New York - Malone/Potsdam, NY area. Open to new grads!

Requirements:
o Someone energetic, outgoing, community centered person
Compensation:
o $100-122,000 annual salary plus 3% annual pay increases available. Student Loan Repayment option.
o Full medical benefits-80% of family paid, life, LTD and STD benefits and 401k 3% match/contribution
o 1.8 Months off per year = vacation, holidays, personal and sick time. Plus CME's and $2500, DEA paid and association fees paid.
About the Walk In Care Opening:
o 3-12 hour shifts one week -8a-8p, then the next week 3-12s 8a-8p plus a Sunday 10a-6p. 36 hrs one week, 44 hrs the next. Urgent Care is open 7 days a week.
o 2 PA's in the clinic now. New provider may need to occasionally float to primary care/family practice
o PA/Physician Assistant or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / CRNP / ARNP/ ACNP/ FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner will work in an urgent care - walk in care setting see all ages, with an emergency care/ER nearby.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
