Dermatology Office Manager- Port Richey
We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Dermatological office manager for our Port Richey location. Candidates must have at least three years of management experience in dermatology, a strong attention to detail and processes, solid communication skills, advanced computer skills (Nextech/EMR preferred), and willing to work some Saturdays, as necessary, with a team of caring, focused and successful providers. Candidates must have experience with billing and coding, and must possess strong leadership skills and training skills.
This position requires supervising both front and back office staff, administrative work, working closely with patients and owners, marketing coordination, creation and analysis of regular financial and statistical reports, answering phones, filing, etc. Ensures activities comply with HIPPA standards and government regulations. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have the ability to problem solve, coordinate, and execute tasks.
