FP&A Manager-Innovative Industry-Leading Company
The Opportunity:
Join a leading, global manufacturer and marketer of innovative product solutions used in consumer and industrial applications with a dedication to quality and a history of industry firsts. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, play the key role in corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Participate in new product development and financial projections and modeling. Provide analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives and to drive profit improvement strategies. Prepare and maintain corporate dashboards. Assist in M&A due diligence and integration planning. Lead a team of accountants in standard costing, purchase price variance and inventory and fixed asset control. This is an exciting opportunity to be an important contributor and make a difference in a privately-held company that values and invests in its people.
The Reward:
$110,000 to $125,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. Relocation may be considered for an exceptional candidate only.
The Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 6 years' experience in FP&A, budgeting, and reporting. Must have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, standard costing, and ERP systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
