Regional HR Manager


Summary: Responsible for providing regional Human Resource Generalist oversight for the Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Administers various human resource programs and procedures for regional company locations.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning compliance.
Manages employee relations including, but not limited to guidance on employee counseling, corrective discipline and integration of Company's human resources policies.
Oversees state and federal leave requirements.
Provides conflict management and mediation assistance as necessary.
Participates in developing and enhancing human resource department programs, goals and objectives.
Oversees new hire orientation and paperwork within time restrictions.
Oversees timely training and communication of Company benefits programs at a regional level.
May provide regional hiring and onboarding assistance.
This is a full-time position as defined by company's Management Agreement.

Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S) in Human Resource Management, Management or similar course of study from four-year college or university; and five years human resources generalist or management related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.


Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Bi-lingual English-Spanish a strong plus.

Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:
Advanced computer skills needed. Use of Microsoft Office Suite required.

Certificates and Licenses:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

Supervisory
Responsibilities:
This job may have supervisory responsibilities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
