Contractor: Lawn Maintenance (westminster)
Work available maintaining bank owned homes
Currently the majority of the work requires grass cuts.
Having your own equipment and vehicle are a must.
Also should have smart phone to take pictures from (not required, digital camera is discouraged but allowed).
Job currently pays $20 per recut of lots 15,000 sq ft or less. Larger lots, tall grass, and bush trims pay in addition. Payment is sent every other Friday for work completed.
Photos must be taken of work before, during, and after to receive payment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
