CAD Designer position
with Yingst Engineers & Associates, Inc.

Job Description includes, but is not limited to:
development, management and upkeep of Company computer aided design (CAD) system and files
drafting and design of residential and commercial construction and engineering projects
site visits as needed to obtain dimensions and document existing conditions
assisting project manager and site supervisor as needed with construction projects including:
estimating and tracking project costs
preparing final as-built plans when required
site visits as needed to explain/review design details with site supervisor or others
resolving site conditions/changes requiring redesign
coordinating change orders with design package and site supervisor
assisting in material procurement as needed
preparing and submitting drawings and documentation for Pennsylvania Labor and Industry and municipal permitting
supervising and managing any out-sourced design/drafting services or future in-house design/drafting personnel

and such other reasonable administrative and technical functions that supplement these duties from time to time.
Skills needed:
Proficient with REVIT (BIM)
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Comfortable with field work (site measuring, meeting clients, etc.)
AutoCAD experience is a plus
Hands-on construction experience is a plus
Flexible, able to handle multiple projects, comfortable in a small office environment where teamwork is an absolute must
Desire to expand knowledge through continued coursework and certifications
Desire to become familiar with/expand knowledge of building code requirements.

OEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
