General Manager

GM's play a key role in the success of our company. Employees, who have been selected for the U.S. Beef Corporation management team, have demonstrated leadership and possess the qualities that are necessary to inspire other team members to carry out their duties to the best of their abilities. Managers have the overall responsibility of the daily operation of the restaurant. Managers must be able to ensure compliance in all areas of the store's day-to-day operation including; cash/security procedures, product preparation, food safety, customer service, financial accountability, controlling profit & loss, team management, recruiting and enforcing company policies and procedures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
