Functional Job Description - Team Leader Footprint Retail Services REPORTS TO:
Assistant District Manager and/or FLSA STATUS:
Non-Exempt District/Project Manager PERFORMANCE AND/OR EDUCATON PREREQUISITES:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of at least 2 years prior merchandising experience.
Past supervisory experience preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Merchandiser(s) SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
The ability to read, write, and speak English at a high-school level.
Thorough understanding of retail merchandising concepts.
Customer service oriented.
Good interpersonal communications and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable and self-motivated.
Capable of handling multiple tasks.
Flexibility in responding to client and/or store requests including work schedule.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple store locations.
Summary:
A Team Leader must ensure accurate completion of merchandising functions, special projects and other assigned tasks within the time parameters set forth by the Assistant District Manager and/or District Manager.
Work is performed at various customer store locations.

Organizes and distributes planograms Pre-calls and schedules stores Executes profile and re-profile categories Labeling Sorts and distributes merchandise to various locations throughout store Installs security fixtures Computer literate with daily internet access and email address MARGINAL ACTIVITIES:
Manipulates product for equal spacing and aesthetic appearance Ensures that work area is clean and safe ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
