Kelly Services has an excellent opportunity for Production Workers/Machine Operators in the Lincoln County area! This facility produces aluminum casting parts for the automobile industry. These are long term positions that offer pay raises, steady work, and the opportunity to gain great experience!
Responsibilities:
Candidates will work with core production and castings of aluminum cylinder heads for automobiles - must be able to stand and work in very hot environment. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Repetitive lifting (up to 35 lbs)
- Bending, twisting, stooping, etc.
- Moving / Lifting parts
- Attention to detail
- Fine motor skills in both hands for placing and setting cores
- Reading and comprehending written work instructions
Requirements:
-6 months to one year of manufacturing, construction, or physical labor experience in the last 3 years
-Requires reading and comprehending written work instructions
-Attention to detail
-Must have high school diploma or GED
-Must be available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
-Dependable transportation
-Positive attitude
-Great work ethic
-Self-motivatedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
