We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Admissions Coordinator to assist in working with all aspects of admissions and marketing; one who demonstrates a sense of urgency regarding census/premium mix enhancement and management; one who can communicate special needs of new admits and who maintains a positive work environment.
As the Admissions Coordinator you will be responsible for receiving and processing potential referrals from multiple sources such as hospitals, physicians, and family members. Additionally, the Admission Coordinator is responsible for:
Coordinating and conducting tours of the facility with families of potential patients and other potential clients.
Follow up and reporting on the status of open referrals
Basic data entry / demographic info of confirmed admissions in the facilities electronic medical record
Insuring that patient rooms are admission ready and preparing welcome kits for new admissions
New admission sign in and regulatory paperwork
Customer service follow up of new admissions
Follow up on lost business
The Admissions Coordinator plays a big role in community marketing. The Admissions Coordinator will be expected to reach out and arrange events both outside the facility and at the facility itself. The Admissions Coordinator is expected to build strong community relationships to promote the facility.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with no significant violations
Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen
Must pass background check
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
