Summary
This is a new permanent Hospital employed OR private practice position. Although this is a full time position, it is for 30 hours a week with a four day work week. This is a wide open market with no competition as no other Urologists are in town or nearby. This is a General Adult Neurology including laparoscopic, adult, pediatric, and adolescent work available. This is a solo hospital based employed salary position (or could be private practice). Candidate WILL NOT have to be on call 24/7. Call is 10 days a month.
Relocation paid and signing bonus. Position needs to be for someone who can start and grow a new practice. They will have a new office in a new Medical Office Building attached to the hospital.
Ideal candidate is an experienced practicing candidate who would enjoy working alone (would have mid level support) and who enjoys small town rural living. Great area for fishing, hunting, and outdoor sportsman activities. Excellent support with referrals from the ER and Primary Care Staff and other medical staff members. Cannot accept visa or locums candidates. B/C strongly preferred but could consider B/E for the right candidate. Start date is open and negotiable.

Also, The Uinta Mountains, the highest in Utah, surround Vernal with hundreds of lakes and streams teaming with trout. Flaming Gorge Reservoir offers spectacular outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, biking and hiking. The Green River provides blue-ribbon trout fishing and exciting white-water rafting. Nine-Mile Canyon features a breathtaking corridor of Fremont Indian petro glyphs and pictographs. Dry Fork Canyon, Jones Holes and Echo Park also feature these spectacular drawings.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
