The role of a Leasing Consultant consists of being part of a winning sales team, customer service, implementing all marketing campaigns and maintaining the leasing center to a five-star standard for our residents and guests. The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration, maintain a low delinquency as well as renewing the leases of existing residents. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, lowering delinquency, resident retention and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a polished, well-spoken individual that will be the face of the community and can leave a positive first impression creating WOW moments for our guests! The Ideal candidate does not need previous experience as a leasing consultant, just the drive to succeed. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of social media and marketing are strongly encouraged.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
