Regional Dental Operations Manager

Growing dental group seeking exceptional candidates for a Regional Operations Manager. Our group has always been and will continue to be committed to tradition doctor-patient relationship and to the highest quality dental care and service.
The Regional Operations Manager will manage the business operations of the group through the office level teams leaders and owner dentists.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach, lead and train office team leaders
Direct all non-clincal aspects of dental offices
Educate and provide operational guidance in a collaborative, approachable manner
Spearhead process improvements and growth initiatives
Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
Communicate consistently and effectively through email, telephone, and personal visits
Review key metrics with team leader and present results, findings and recommendations to executive team
Work with controller to review monthly office level financials and to create annual budget.


REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
Bachelor's degree
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and encourage others
Multi-location experience in patient-based industry or retail operations
7
years of experience
Experience in dental implants or practice management (dental preferred)
Excellent skills in problem solving, decision making, creative thinking
Experience with financials (P&L, budgeting, forecasting); strong operational acumen
Salary commensurate with experience.
Travel required to various offices in the Northern, VA region.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
