IT Information Technology Technician 1, 2, or 3
We are building a company dedicated to improving the lives of our customers in their homes and business through advanced communication technology, products and services.
X-Pert Communications, Inc, located in State College, PA has an opportunity for a candidate with strong information technology background and training. This is a developing position with approximately 40% of efforts towards supporting our internal IT structure and remaining assisting with products our company has offered or delivered to our existing customer base.
Job tasks will include;
Coordinate and maintain internal IT infrastructure (PC's, Servers, equipment, etc), product interface, networking and software
Answer customer questions about products, troubleshoot where needed, conduct on site visits if necessary.
Create estimates/proposals and secure sales orders.
Manage information technology projects or system activities.
Plan, develop and execute information technology maintenance activities.
Participation in marketing and business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years experience with IT, Phone Systems, Security, or computer systems. Sales aptitude and experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment is a plus. Initiative, time flexibility, the ability to work independently or in teams, persistence when facing obstacles, and dependability are work styles that will improve candidates' overall success in this developing position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
