Lab Technician
LOCATION: Oak Creek, WI
PAY: $8.00-$15.00 per hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Flexibility between the hours of 6am-10pm, M-Su
DESCRIPTION:
Working with a global supplier of paints, coatings, optical products, specialty materials, glass, and fiberglass for a vast variety of world industrial markets.
Working in a manufacturing/warehouse based environment
Responsibilities include:
Preparation and application of laboratory/factory produced paint
Capability to work in a spray room environment and assist with production batches
Operate, troubleshoot, and repair coatings application equipment
Knowledge and ability to work with a broad range of coating technologies and process equipment
Prepare pretreatment coatings
Work safely with paint samples and chemical reagents
SKILLS:
Attention to detail
Flexibility to work both independently and with a team-based setting
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge or algebra/science/ and chemistry preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
