Bristol-Myers Squibb has announced plans for an expansion of its large-scale biologics manufacturing facility in Devens, Massachusetts.
The expansion will create a mammalian cell biologics center of excellence through the introduction of biologics development and clinical trial manufacturing capabilities to the site.
Both represent new capabilities for Devens, a site that in its early years has focused solely on large-scale, bulk biologics manufacturing.
The Administrative Associate will be responsible for:
Extensive and complex calendar management, coordinating meetings and events Handle various correspondence that is sensitive and confidential in nature Attendance tracking Process check requests via SAP Process E-setups Travel Coordination Expense reports processing On-boarding on new employees and/or supplemental staffing Supporting off boarding of employees and contractors Ordering and managing supplies as requested Create and execute purchase order requests & maintenance via SRM Coordinate Service Requests (JCI) Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing & mailing Print SOPs via DCA Support training administrative requirements through Plateau Locker assignments and management for Manufacturing & Labs Manufacturing production meeting and supply chain department meeting preparation Position demands flexibility to support and cover other department admins, as required and other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum 4 years related experience preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledgeable and experienced on business systems such as SAP, SRM, Kronos, etc.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Demonstrate strong verbal & written communication skills Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task, detail orientation Possess a high level of energy, strong work ethic, resourcefulness and flexibility Position requires flexibility on work hours to support 24/7 manufacturing team Bristol-Myers Squibb is an equal opportunity employer - Vet/Disability - 1501956.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
