General Manager
Seeking reliable, strong leader for fast-paced Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in Kill Devil Hills. Candidates should be energetic, show a willingness to learn, and be results oriented. General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant according to Dunkin' brand standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Hiring, training and developing strong teams; creating and maintaining a guest first culture in the restaurant; following all company standards and policies; and controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
Two plus years of management experience a plus, but will train the right person. Serve Safe certified a plus. Position offers salary and bonus, health insurance, paid vacation and 401K plus room for advancement.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
