Combined Worksite Solutions has an immediate opening for an Outside Benefits Specialist
This is an outside business to business marketing position, working with businesses and benefit brokers to improve employee benefit plans.
W2 position
Initial base salary
Plus Industry leading Commissions & Bonuses: Combined Worksite has the best contract in the business
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k, etc.
Target 1st year total compensation $60,000 - $80,000
REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking competitive individuals that want to build their business and work as part of a team. Individuals with previous sales experience and building their own book of business have a high potential for success in this role. You must be, or be willing to become health and life licensed for this position.
Skills/backgrounds associated with success:
Self-motivation and drive; willing to invest time in developing relationships with your own team as well as your clients.
Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
