My name is Carlane and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Credit and Collections Coordinator position for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Brea, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
The credit and collections coordinator is responsible for managing various sized Canadian accounts. This position, reporting to the Manager of Credits and Collections

Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing account portfolio on a daily basis via telephone and email communication
Responding to customer requests in a timely manner, to ensure positive collaboration and accurate resolution including but not limited to resolving account balance issues around pricing, tax, and disputed items
Providing a persistent but customer friendly approach to both internal and external customers to ensure follow up and follow through on all responsibilities
Identifying and engaging appropriate internal cross-functional team members (i.e., Accounting, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Sales) to research and resolve open issues
Presenting new ideas and alternative approaches for resolving customer account issues, and working with management to appropriately escalate when determining write-offs or negotiating outstanding balances

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
