Full time and Part time Patient Representatives
Patient Representatives (Full-time):
West Orange, Somerville, Flemington Seeking Patient Representatives, to provide assistance with patient intake and a variety of clerical functions including professionally administering all incoming calls, ensuring phone calls are re-directed accordingly and greeting guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Candidate should have excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills, be punctual, have the ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision. Must be computer literate, with knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred, but will train. Experience with medical or dental insurance a plus. Schedule will vary and can include evenings and weekends. Must be able to independently travel to multiple sites if needed.
Part time positions also available at our Dover and Flemington sites.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
