Maintenance Team leader with food and refrigeration experience needed for Brunswick, GA. area manufacturing plant.

Supervising and coaching Maintenance Associates and ensuring that all associates are trained according to the Pay for Skills guidelines.
Leads the department associates to achieve a better maintained plant with an exemplary safety and efficiency record.
Supervise within Rich Products Core and Leadership Competencies and the Performance and Development Program.
Assist Department Manager on keeping department within budget.
Work with the Maintenance Manager, other Team Leaders and all Department Managers for the continuous improvement and ongoing success of the facility.
Develop and maintain an up to date, interactive, comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program and work within the team toward a Predictive Maintenance Program.
Manage Maintenance Stores and Parts Inventory and Implement and Maintain Parts Computer Program.
Accurately and timely report maintenance metrics for the facility. Seek to exceed targets by adopting best practice principals and taking an active role to continuously improve department performance.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
5 - 10 years of maintenance and supervisory experience.
Certified trade (Mechanical or Electrical) in addition to Certified Engineering Technician/Technologist.
Refrigeration Trade or Certification. (A or B)
Familiarity with Inventory and Preventive Maintenance programs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Maximo, SAP or similar work order tracking programs

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
