Mechanical Designer - Solid Edge
Thinkpath Engineering Services (TES) is recruiting for a Mechanical Designer with experience in automation equipment design to work a contract-to-hire position in Miamisburg, OH.
This opportunity will last 6 months with potential to go direct. Responsibilities will be to provide design support for the customization of standard automation equipment per end-user requirements. Designers will take marked up (redline) prints and create new designs using combination of existing standard parts and adding minor design changes.
Qualifications Desired:
o 5
years experience in automation/special machine design
o Solid Edge experience required
o Ability to complete modified designs from marked up prints
o Understanding of GD&T
