Sales and Customer Service Advisor
All shifts available, flexible schedule - 9am to 9pm Mon-Saturday
Make a variety of outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls to provide sales and customer services to a variety of clients. Process reservation requests, business to business contacts and current customer upgrades to include changes, contract extensions, upselling and cancellations. Identify customer needs and determine appropriate actions. Verify rates, accommodations, upgrades and explain special circumstances and policies to callers and customers.
Accommodate and document special requests. Answer questions about products and property facilities/services. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining a professional demeanor. Input and access data in various billing systems as well as follow proper escalation procedures when addressing customer concerns.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of customers and coworkers. Speak with customers using clear and professional language; answer telephones and make outgoing calls using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and managers. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
