Summary:
Provides the technical expertise required for computer and PLC setup, programming, and assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The key responsibilities of this position include:
o Planning/writing of programming code as necessary, to ensure the end product meets functional goals expected of the product on required schedules.
o Design and develop HMI applications o Design and review PLC & IO network architecture o Support the creation of technical product documentation and information o Provide on-site assistance during system start-up, commissioning, and maintenance o Estimate and report project status o 3-5 years experience with C# and.
NET programming is required o 3-5 years experience with SQL database such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL o 3-5 years experience with PLC controls from vendors such as Koyo o Experience writing multi-threading applications is highly desired.
o Requirements capturing and documentation - The candidate must be able to write project requirements documentation, and trace implemented functionality back to the requirements.
o Software validation - The candidate must be able to write software test plans and execute them.
o Electrical experience is desired.
o Experience with Modbus is a plus o Experience with LabVIEW is a plus o Strong communications and organizational skills is required

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in computer science, computer engineering, or related field or five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and/or training and education.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
o Must have reliable, appropriate transportation.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)COMMUNICATION and/or CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS:
o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
o Ability to write routine business reports and business correspondence in English.
o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and/or customers.
o Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
o Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals using the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
o Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
o Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
