Senior Compensation Analyst

Our client, a large Hospital in Orange County is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation Team. This is a 6-12 month (CONTRACT) The ideal Compensation Analyst candidate will consult with assigned business units on issues relating to new positions, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour and policy questions. Develops and interprets compensation policies. Provides analytical compensation support to the Compensation Staff through the use of established compensation evaluation systems, analytics, design, and reporting. Analyzes and evaluates market surveys to ensure market competitiveness of our positions. Stays current with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure organization compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor's degree and/or related work experience to supplement education
o Experience with various Compensation Survey tools & systems , i.e. Gartner, Mercer, etc.
o 3 - 5 years' experience in Compensation preferred.
o Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
o Project management experience and the ability to lead large projects
o Proven ability to consult/influence/negotiate with leadership in implementation of compensation policies and practices
Salary is highly competitive.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
