Senior Compensation Analyst Our client, a large Hospital in Orange County is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation Team. This is a 6-12 month (CONTRACT) The ideal Compensation Analyst candidate will consult with assigned business units on issues relating to new positions, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour and policy questions. Develops and interprets compensation policies. Provides analytical compensation support to the Compensation Staff through the use of established compensation.
