Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Oak Creek Production Supervisor is responsible for the production of all finished goods. They are responsible for coordinating the production schedule, materials, manpower, and vessel availability to produce a high quality product that meets customer demand on a timely basis. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

What we offer (Job Duties):
- Responsible for the supervision of personnel and production of products. Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping and environmental practices and filling out safety permits.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving where and when a problem may arise. Transitions shifts and resolve production concerns by coordinating closely with other supervisors and managers at the facility.
- Review and revise production schedules to ensure materials are on-hand, and work instructions are correct. Gather data on weekly and monthly production rates, and prepare reports on production data.
- Support plant initiatives such as safety, environmental, quality, 5S and SAP implementation.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to multi-task, organize/prioritize and handle competing deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
