Database Software Specialist, Information TechnologySenior level resource to support:
o The Lawson Human Capital Management (HCM) system which includes the Lawson S3 Human Resource Management (HRM) system and Infor Talent Management Global HR and Compensation; ando.
The integration between the IBM Kenexa Brass Ring Candidate Acquisition and Onboarding applications and Talent Management.
As the 'Go To' person, this candidate will ensure the highest levels of end user satisfaction and data integrity.
Responsibilities Include:
Identifying and implementing information business system solutions that support more efficient and effective work performance based on inherent knowledge of business functions, processes and Lawson functionality.
Provides daily support of the HRM suite of applications and those systems and/or interfaces that support it.
IT Team member on the Infor Talent Management Phase 2 implementation of Performance Management, Goals & Objectives, Learning & Development.
Proactive in reviewing system needs, investigates solutions and presents recommendations to management.
Performs and coordinates complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for HRM applications.
Performs and coordinates application analysis and impact analysis of new or different applications, processes or changes.
Prepares written documentation of various types; application documentation, analytical reports, functional specifications, training manuals, status reports, etc.
Demonstrated project management and process re-engineering skills.
Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Design and execution of Landmark Configuration Console and Process Automations.
Invests time to grow skills and stay current with new technology and business unit developments.
Demonstrated leadership, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
Knowledge of integration/interface design methods.
Experience It is essential that the candidate have strong technical, business, and teamwork skills.
The candidate must be able to work with the business owners and IT teams to architect and deliver systems meeting defined business requirements with little supervision.
This individual must be self-motivated, execution focused and able to keep updated on the necessary business and technology skills to be a valuable, contributing member of the IT staff.
Requirements:
Five to ten years experience supporting Lawson S3, Human Capital Management (HCM) applications and/or Talent Management.
Experience implementing Lawson Talent Management in a multi-facility healthcare environment.
Experience with SQL reporting tools such as Crystal Report, Aqua Data Studio, etc.
Excellent Project Management and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment with changing priorities.
Expert knowledge of commonly used HCM concepts, practices, and procedures.
Excellent documentation skills including system architectural diagrams, data, process, and system flow diagrams, interface specifications, system configuration, and standard operational procedures.
Strong understanding of relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Exceptional initiative, organizational and planning skills, analytical abilities, problem solving, and follow through.
Able to work with minimal supervision keeping management informed with timely project status reports.
Commitment to excellence in service, performance, and execution.
Strong process discipline and experience including change management, problem management and project management.
Bachelor's degree, with concentration in Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.

30am-5:
00pm Shift 1 Work Shift Full Time Days 8.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
