Manager Trainee
Trainee will come in and learn all facets of the pizza delivery business, answering the phone, making pizzas, delivering pizzas,food prep. all to Papa Johns Pizza standardsyou will learn to train and teach our standards, you will learn to manage our people and how to manage food inventories, labor and man hours. build store schedules, account for cash and profit The person we are looking for must have a car and liability insurance, a fairly clean driving record and must be able to pass a criminal back ground check. A people person who is looking for a career in the food industry. 40 to 50 hour work weeks with the bulk of hours in the evening and weekends. You will need a strong back ground in computers,excell spreadsheet,email,fax,copy and scanners. We have a career waiting for you.
We start our new trainees at $8.00 hour with step raises as you move through training (if you are progressing) our GM's make 36K to 50K, Asst. Managers 21K to33K, shift managers $8.00 to $11.00 per hour.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
