Service Technician - Rail Services

Job Purpose: To provide professional and accountable service to our Railroad customers regarding lubrication, lubrication equipment and related products and services in a manner that adheres to our commitment to safety, honesty and integrity.
Job Duties:
Maintains, fills, inspects and repairs on-track lubricators
Enters relevant service information into computer system on a timely basis
Builds relationships with customers through friendly attitude. Provides customer service assistance to railroad personnel as needed
Assists in the planning of warehouse and truck inventory
Accountable for time management, tracking and submission of proper paperwork for work performed and associated billing paperwork
Operates and maintains service vehicles, tools and other company equipment to ensure a safe and professional-looking environment
Works in teams with other employees to provide efficient
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical and organizational skills
Possess a valid driver's license; Class A or B CDL is preferred
Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Excellent verbal communication skills for customer interactions
Proficient computer skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
