Chiropractor / MD / DO
To Provide DOT Physicals to CDL drivers at Truck Stop in Napoleon, OH, twice a week initially and then increasing the days at the same location as volume increases or another location within 50 miles.
Hours:
9 AM to 5 PM.
Qualification:
OH State Licensed in good standing and FMCSA certified to work on his / her own at the Truck Stop using Cloud based software on iPAD to perform DOT Physicals and printing by wireless printer. At least some experience in performing DOT Physicals.
Compensation:
Sub-contract at 30% of all receipts with minimum of $250 per day.
