Technical Call Center Representative

Full time opportunity in a high volume environment providing technical support, entering orders and overall customer service. In this position you will answer client calls to identify and resolve issues. It is essential that a candidate possess the ability to:
- verify status of customer accounts with proficient use of database system
- provide support via website chat and telephone
- employ comprehensive product and program knowledge
- perform order entry with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- book onsite service appointments

Minimum Requirements:
- 2
years in a customer service role
- demonstration of strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- college degree preferred

Will consideration new college graduates who are computer proficient and willing to train!
Competitive salary offered!

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
