Collision Estimator - Opportunities in Marysville - Everett, WA Area

The Estimator is focused on two main areas:
accurate damage analysis and customer service.
? Assessing vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate that meets or exceeds the specified accuracy target
? Maintaining regular contact with the appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status
? Serving as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair, providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process.
Applicants interested in this position should have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role; experience gained in the insurance industry is also acceptable. Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process, solid customer service skills, and experience with a variety of insurance company procedures is expected.
Requirements
? Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility OR at an appraisal company
? Thorough knowledge and understanding of the collision repair process
? Fluent with Mitchell and Audatex
? Solid customer service skills
? Experience with various insurance company procedures
? Attention to detail
