Marketplace Customer Analyst

Position Summary
Reporting directly to the VP - National Accounts this position coordinates new and existing marketplace policies and programs. Masters the intricacies and rules of each marketplace to ensure SOP and execution requirements are adhered to. This position will work primarily with our marketplace customers, i.e. Staples, Walmart, Global Industrial, Ebay, Rakuten, etc.
Position Responsibilities
oAnalysis of each marketplace, sales, pricing, advertising and make recommendations for improvement in all the areas mentioned.
oManagement of existing marketplace activity including product cycle on marketplace (onboarding and removal), and business analysis.
oCoordinate and roll-out new item updates across all marketplaces to ensure new fresh products are being presented.
oInternal Liaison to ensure all areas of organization are managing this new line of business as efficiently as possible.
oCompany liaison with existing customer marketplaces.
oMonitor and work internally to ensure all customer expectations are being met as it pertains to marketplace agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated computer skills with MS Office and Internet research.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
