Echo/Vascular Tech Needed Immediately

Busy Rural Family Practice Office in Darlington, SC seeks an Echo/Vascular Tech immediately to provide all aspects of Electrocardiography and Vascular Sonographer. You must have an Active Certification by American Registry of ARDMS; current compliance with CME, have good communication skills, customer service or working with the general public, preferably in a medical care facility.
We do prefer two years experience in an Echo/Vascular performing duties such as Echo/Vascular Examinations. After test are performed send to Cardiologist or reading physician to be read. Document preliminary report in patient chart, code encounters for billing purposes, Cleans filters on machine when needed and ensure all reports are logged in a timely manner.
The ability to interact with computer screen for up to six hours at a time (visual acuity required). Must have manual dexterity for use of keyboard. Ability to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours. Ability to communicate via phone, mail and in person to resolve disputes, solve problems, etc. It is extremely important that you have the ability to function in a sometimes stressful, multi-tasking environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
