Walkers Furniture is looking for an energetic individual that is good at multitasking, has great customer service skills, good with problem solving, detail oriented, and can assist the store manager with any special projects that arise. If this sounds like you then please send in your resume.
The Job Description will include but not limited to,
Answer phone calls-take messages for salespersons/store staff/store manager
Notify customers of incoming merchandise when it arrives
Schedule customer deliveries and type up delivery sheets
Assist main office with variety of questions on sales and store operations
Review invoices for accuracy
Process and distribute interoffice memos
Make copies and sort new forms, financing explanation sheets, etc.
Type up letters/memos for office/store manager as necessary
Assist customers with questions in person and over phone
Assist in processing financing information for customers and running financing when furniture is delivered/loaded out
Process merchandise returns and assist in submitting credit vouchers
Process load outs for customers
Assist Store Manager in Escalated customer service issues
Assist Store Manager with monthly sales, Inventory, and Office Reports
Shop for office supplies when necessary
Make arrangements/preparations for store meetings
Schedules appointments, maintains calendar, allocates supervisor's time
Salary DOE. Benefits include:
Medical, dental, life, disability, vacation and retirement after qualifying. Walker's Furniture is an EOE.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
