Help Desk Analyst

Roles/
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain employee computers, servers, phones and printers
Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network related issues
Install and support desktop applications
IT asset inventory management and compliance
Liaison with 3rd party IT technical support
Provide level 1 and 2 Windows Server/Network Support
Provide 1st level telecom support
Manage phone system ports and connections
Disaster/Data Recovery (Procedures, Policies, Backups & Restores)
Plan for, and perform the installation of new applications and upgrades, and perform application maintenance tasks
This may include some work after hours and/or weekends if needed
Manage the video conferencing platform and work directly with clients
Skills/Requirements/
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
Highly capable customer relationship skills
Minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline.
Can work independently and successfully manage timelines
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software
VoIP and digital telecom support experience
Hosted (cloud) systems, including physical and virtual servers
Working knowledge with TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP a plus
Ability to multitask & detailed oriented
Communication skills / self-motivated / strong work ethic
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
