Homeward is planning for aggressive growth in its lending business across multiple channels, including consumer direct, correspondent and broker.
We are looking for experienced mortgage professionals in sales, operations and capital markets who have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer care while working in a growing, fast-paced lending business.
Reporting to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, responsibilities will include the having substantial experience with standard concepts, practices and procedures in Six Sigma process improvement, the ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively from inception to completion, along with strong project management and time management skills.
The Process Engineer will engineer process responsibilities, capacity plan, and maximize efficiency opportunities for all departments.
Job Functions:
Project management skills and experience Capacity Planning for headcount management based on monthly volume Process engineering and re-engineering based on company, compliance and market needs Interact with all Operations Managers to develop and implement process refinements Articulate all work in a presentation format for Business Leaders Monthly monitoring of Operations performance and efficiency Interact with IT to articulate, promote and manage operational needs and projects Ability to manage multiple processes and projects.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
