Senior HVAC Controls Technician in Building Automation

POSITION
Summary:
The HVAC Controls Technician will be involved in many areas of Building Automation and Energy Management Controls. Duties will include supporting construction requirements at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Specifically, our requirement is for someone with Tridium / Niagara AX certification/experience. This position will be an advisory and assistance position supporting the Government in which you would oversee contractors that will be performing HVAC controls design and installation.
Required Knowledge: Tridium Niagara AX Cert Preferred, Trane Rover
GENERAL DUTIES:
Support the Tobyhanna Army Depot customer by overseeing HVAC contractors and providing subject matter expertise by reviewing designs, overseeing installation, ensuring contract requirements are met
Performance will be onsite and will directly interface with the Government customer.
Be the primary interface between the Depot and HVAC contractors performing design and installation of HVAC controls systems in building renovation projects
Perform job duties in timely manner and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Support others in the controls and mechanical service division to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reviewing project with the Depot customer on an ongoing and closeout basis.
Provide Project Manager weekly e-mail updates regarding project status.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
