Auto Insurance Agent - Full Time (Base + Commission)
Dashers Insurance Services, Inc. is currently looking for an exceptional individual for a full-time sales position within a thriving company. Dashers Insurance has more than 20 locations throughout California and has been a leader in the non-standard insurance market since 1987. We have many No Broker Fee programs available for our clientele, which makes us extremely competitive!
Responsibilities Include:
Identify Customer insurance needs, eligibility and coverages,
Schedule appointments,
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed,
Endorse active policies,
Post customer payments,
Call on cancelled policies,
Cross sell,
Daily office accounting and administrative duties,
Maintain a strong work ethic,
Qualified candidates should be computer literate, possess an active Insurance License, be a good closer and possess a strong work ethic.
Bilingual Spanish A Plus!!
Compensation: Hourly Base Plus Commissions / Full Benefits. Dashers Insurance offers competitive compensation and a benefits package that includes medical, dental and a 401(k) plan.
We invest in our employees and take care of all license renewal fees and Continuing Education classes!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
